Job Role
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness, displays, and fitting room standards.
  • Support team communication and contribute to overall shop performance.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks such as stock-taking and replenishment.
  • Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.

Requirement
  • Prior retail with lingerie, apparel and Shoes experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
  • Attention to detail in shop presentation and housekeeping.
  • Must be able to work rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Chinese) preferred

This position involves assisting customers with lingerie fittings. To provide a respectful and comfortable experience, female staff are required.
